1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

To be eligible for a return and refund, please ensure:

  • The item is in its original, unopened, and unused condition, with all seals and packaging intact.

  • You initiate the return process within 30 days of the date your order was delivered (as per the tracking information).

  • You have your original order number or confirmation email.

Please Note: For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity and safety of our products for everyone.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Please follow these simple steps:

  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond within 24 business hours with personalized return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

  3. Ship the Package: Securely pack the unused product(s) in their original packaging, include any provided documentation, and ship it back to us using the provided label or instructions.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria:

  • Approval & Processing: We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically.

  • Timeline: The refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days of our approval.

  • Delivery: Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packing every order. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, and may provide a prepaid label for the return of the incorrect/damaged item.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To “exchange” an item, please initiate a return for the unwanted product as described above. Once your return is approved, you are welcome to place a new order on our site for the desired item.

6. Final Sale & Promotional Items

Occasionally, items may be marked as Final Sale. These items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged upon arrival. Discounts applied to promotional or sale items are final.
